Answer: On low heat, saute the garlic onion and bacon in melted butter. Add flour and simmer until a light brown color. Slowly add chicken broth and milk and boil to make a thick creamy sauce. Add pepper, nutmeg and white wine to taste. In a large pot, boil your finely chopped spinach in slightly salty water. When fully cooked, drain well and at sauce. Delicious!
