Legend has it that back in May 1683, when a French pirate named Lorencillo and his companion Agramont, disembarked on the shores of the Villa Rica de la Veracruz, after sailing for months, looking for the best restaurant to eat, not finding it caused that in anger, the pirate killed prominent personalities of the social world of the time.
Lorenzillo’s lobsters are caught by fishermen from Isla Mujeres and Baja California in traps and according to the size required by international fishing laws. From there they are transported to our farm and lovingly cared for by biologists for you to enjoy lobsters in Cancun & Los Cabos at Lorenzillo’s restaurants.
